This Wire Spinner has 5 Wire Retaining Arms which allows for the wire to be pulled out from ANY direction rather than being constricted. The arms serve to stop the wire from jumping up and over the back.
The Blue Jen II Wire Spinner is the second generation of our Blue Jenny Wire Spinner, designed specifically for constant run fencing and higher speed applications with reduced tangles.
A gravity based braking system has allowed us to remove the brake and pickup arms and vary the brake force depending on how much wire is left in the coil. Designed to retro-fit in your existing Module Stackers, and is suitable for wire coils wound in both counter clockwise and clockwise directions.
The one piece design means no additional bits to lose, and there is no need to pull it apart to load it. Just drop the wire in and go. A modified profile and lighter weight means the BJII can be loaded into a Module Stacker by one person.
Designed to be stackable - one on top of the other with a piece of pipe to hold them in place - or you can stack up to 5 in the Module Stackers (available separately).
The base protects the cradle, when the spinner is in the back of the ute, the base frame will stop other items in the back from jamming up against the spinner.

How To Choose A D-SHACKLE
A D-shackle is a great option if you want to attach your chain to other objects. However, you will want to make sure you pick the right D-shackle for your chain.
When choosing a D-shackle, you will need to find out the inside width of the chain link. The pin of the D-shackle will need to be smaller than this width in order for it to fit through your chain link.
To find the inside width of the chain, simply subtract 2x the chain link diameter from the total width. For example, here is how you would calculate the inside width of an 8mm chain:
27mm (width) 2 x 8mm (diameter) = 11mm (inside width)
In this example, the inside width of an 8mm chain is 11mm. This means you would want to get a D-shackle with a pin diameter (Ø) of 10mm or less. (An 11mm pin might be too tight a fit).

RAPID SPRAY 57L RAPIDMIX SPRAYER

The PR25 is the latest development of our star post rack. This was the piece of equipment that originally opened up the potential of our fencing system. Using multiple wire spinners and pre-threading star posts in a post rack we could triple the distance of fence we could build with no extra labour input - and no more hand dragging the bottom wire.
The PR 25 is designed as a module with a 25 post capacity. Up to 4 modules can be bolted together on a standard trailer to give an overall capacity of 100 star posts. At 5m post centres, this enables construction of 500m of fence in one pass.
Designed to fit all standard star posts (Australian and imported) of good quality manufacture. Good quality second hand posts with the same hole spacing will also fit as well as MaxY and JIO posts. (Not designed for Clipex posts) The addition of a roller bar at the front of the assembly enables wire to roll out of the spinners smoothly and through the rack.
PR25 Mounting Clamps available separately.

A galvabond cap is created when we get a pre-galvanised sheet and punch the cap out. This creates a lot smoother finish, yet still remains corrosion resistant.
