CRUMP 2,995L KURRAJONG DELUXE SPREADER

Farmhand is for the larger garden and lawn jobs that are still most easily accomplished with a push-type spreader. These machines are on pneumatic tyres. The gearbox with stand some decent wear and tear with a 13cm crown wheel. The large-quadrant flow control mechanism is easy to operate for accurate, incremental sowing rates, and features an adjustable stop device so exact rates can be set and repeated.
Spread width is 4-6m, depending on material being applied. The whole unit is mounted on a sturdy pipe frame. Handles are full height for stoop less operation. A transparent hopper cover is supplied.
NB: some assembly with regular home handyman tools is required on receipt
NOTE: use granulated fertiliser. The spreaders are for use with granulated fertiliser, and for grass seed. Powdered fertilisers may block outlet mechanism. Machine should not be pushed any distance with flow-plate fully closed. Such use with damage the drive mechanism.

FARMHAND 32KG PUSH-N-SPREAD SPREADER

The SuperVario is a premium, yet economical universal spreader driven by a 12V motor which makes it independent of other mechanisms such as the Kardan Drive or any Hydraulics system. This machine is available in three models and can be used to spread catch or cover crops, coated grass seeds, mouse bait, slug pellets, or even Silage Additives (depending on the configuration) which are two more functions compared to your average seeders.
The main difference among the three is their Hopper capacity which comes at 70L, 110L, and 170L depending on the model. SuperVario is equipped with the LAS 4 control to the width, spreading pattern, and dosage, as well as provide visual and aural error indicators. To maximize your investment, get the stainless steel frame for long lasting performance and the capability to handle Silage Additives without deterioration or corrosion.
Used primarily in agriculture. The main area of application for the SuperVario® is the spreading of:

Spreading Widths:
The working width can be steplessly adjusted between 2 and 24 metres. The variable spreading width is achieved by steplessly controlling the SuperVario®'s spreading disk between 200 rpm and 3000 rpm from the comfort of the driver's cab. The control panel also comes as standard with various monitoring functions such as the empty indicator or automatic slider monitoring. The preparation for headland management (VGM) also comes as standard.
Slug pellets:
Steplessly adjustable from 3 to 24 m. With very finely-grained products, the ejector width may vary slightly, e.g. in the case of snail pellets.
Grasses:
The working width for lightweight grass seeds can be steplessly adjustable from 2 to 6 m. With heavy grass seeds (MG 500), a spreading width of up to 10 m is possible. This covers the most common working widths for smoothing, compacting, or harrowing. When spreading grass seeds, a special grass agitator is required, and this is supplied as standard.
Field mouse bait (Ratron):
In this case, the spreading width can be steplessly adjusted from 3 to 24 m. (Note - adhere to authorizations!)
As far as the spreading materials are concerned, the ejector vanes must be adjustable in a slotted hole. This allows the lateral distribution to be set with precision. Adhere to the indications in the spreading tables of the instructions manual or on the internet.
Note: The adjustment of the ejector vanes is only relevant to the lateral distribution. The spreading width is not altered by this.

The Vogal EX240 fertiliser spreader is a premium, medium sized ATV / Quad bike spreader.

Vogal EX240 spreaders feature the 'Easy Lock' drive system. This means drive engagement is by a handle at the front of the spreader which moves the slider to engage or disengage with minimal effort. Steel bash plates protect the drive slider

A Removable agitator that's secured onto the drive shaft via a linch pin. The purpose is to provide an easy way of removing the agitator to enable easy cleaning of the spreaders hopper base.
A heavy duty galvanised frame with extensive gusseting and bracing to ensures high strength and durability for handling large loads of fertiliser on bumpy ground.
As with other sized EX series spreaders, the EX240 features an adjustable drawbar to keep the spinner disc level regardless of how high the vehicle tow ball is to ensure even spreading.
The drive line features extra support along the drive shaft/ drive line via two fully greasable and sealed bearings, this reduces load on the gearbox.
All controls and adjustments fare located at the front in and easy to use Index and Control box. This includes a quick reference guide for spreading rates and settings along with the aperture and spinner control levers.
Gearbox protection - stainless steel plates are bolted over the top and around the spinner shaft, between the plates and gear box is an oil soaked felt washer to prevent fertiliser dust getting in the gearbox
