GKB MACHINES 1.0 M3 SAND SPREADER (20+ HP) TRAILED

Working Width = 1.3m
Working Depth = up to 200 mm
Weight = 550 kg
Min HP = 35 hp
The Ecodresser is a versatile 3-in-1 maintenance machine designed for natural grass sports surfaces and golf courses. It aerates the ground while recycling nutrient-rich material from the existing soil profile, helping improve drainage, surface performance and overall turf health.
By redistributing material already within the profile, the Ecodresser reduces the need for imported sand and topdressing, providing a practical and cost effective solution for ongoing turf maintenance. The blades cut through the surface to depths of up to 20cm (8), breaking through compacted layers and bringing finer soil back to the top.
This linear aeration process improves soil structure and creates an ideal seedbed for overseeding, while supporting more sustainable turf management.

GKB MACHINES 1.3M ECODRESSER (35+ HP) AERATOR/RECYCLER

Working Width = 2,000 mm (79")
Weight = 530 kg
Min HP = 30 hp
Compaction is a major challenge for synthetic sports surfaces, reducing fibre performance, permeability and overall playability. Developed in collaboration with Desso Sports System, the Aerator uses carbide-toothed rollers to gently decompact infill without damaging the carpet fibres.
The machine works deeper than traditional tooth bar or brush solutions, restoring technical properties by loosening infill at the base of the fibres. Multiple carbide rollers work together to efficiently decompact the surface.
The Aerator can be connected to a tractor via a towing eye or three-point linkage and simply driven over the surface. Equipped with a three-point hitch, it follows the tractors path, eliminating the need to lift the machine after each

GKB MACHINES 2.3 M3 SAND SPREADER INC CONVEYOR (30+ HP)

Working Width = 160 cm (63")
Weight = 690 kg
Min HP = 40 hp
The Combiseeder is an efficient solution for seeding and overseeding turf surfaces quickly and with minimal disruption. Two spiked rollers create the ideal seed bed, followed by brushes that cover the seed to promote optimal germination while leaving a clean, professional finish.
Keeping turf dense is one of the best natural defences against weeds, annual meadow grass and moss, reducing the need for chemical treatments. The Combiseeder is available in four working widths, making it suitable for a range of surfaces including golf courses, football fields, cricket grounds and municipal turf.
Designed for ease of use, the seed distribution system automatically stops when the machine is lifted or stationary. Adjustable ground pressure via dual water tanks allows effective operation even on firmer ground, while the large seed hopper reduces downtime by enabling full-area seeding before refilling.

Working Width = 1,800 mm (71")
Weight = 800 kg
Min HP = 50 hp
Removing weeds and stones is the first step in creating high-quality natural sports turf or golf surfaces. Debris within the upper soil profile can restrict seed germination and lead to poor grass density.
The Stoneburier creates a clean, uniform tilth to give your project the best possible foundation. This high-quality surface cultivator features a robust rotor with two knife options, cutting trenches to loosen the soil. Screening tines then separate stones and contaminants from the finer soil. Stones are buried deep in the trenches, while the cleaned soil is returned to the surface.
A rear roller levels and consolidates the ground, producing an even base ready for seeding or further preparation.
Developed with input from GKBs contracting division, the Stoneburier is designed for ease of use and reliable performance. The rear roller can be hydraulically adjusted to suit varying ground conditions and can be water-ballasted for effective operation on heavily compacted soils.
Key Features:
- 45° fraising blades (left and right)
- 90° fraising blades (left and right)
- Three-point linkage (Category III)
