SILVAN 12V ROD BASE FLASHING BEACON

This is one of those 'what a great idea' products. Catching ceiling-dwelling rats and mice is a real problem.
The hatch is cut into the ceiling (or even in a ceiling-access door) and the trap base mounted permanently. The trap is the accessed from below using the special tool provided (less broom handle).
Setting is totally safe and hands-free, as for all our traps. Load with crunchy peanut butter as instructed and pop back up in the ceiling mount. The indicator is not visible until the trap is activated.
Remove trap again with the tool, release catch (hands-free), reload bait and replace.

The Paul Mitchell diamond sharpener is well known around the world. It is equally of use in the home for all sharpening jobs, and on the farm for knives and blades of all sorts. This sharpener is dual-ended. The fine-pointed end tapers from 6mm to 1mm diameter. The broad end is oval shaped, with sharpening surface all over, from 15mm to 10mm width.
The fine-tapered end files the smallest of loops perfectly, and the broad end sharpens longer surfaces. Use a petroleum-based liquid lubricant (dip in kerosene) when using the sharpener, to keep it unclogged.
