LEMPRET WIRE & SEALANTS IN LINE STRAINER RATCHET ACTION

Walters Fencing Hinged-Joint Strainer is ideal for professional use. It is designed to tension long runs of hinged-joint fence without slipping on the line wires. Strains of up to a kilometre in a clean straight run are no problem, if bends or rough ground is involved you can leapfrog up the fence straining at corners or obstacles. Designed to overcome the slippage inherent in many commercially available straining products, our system utilises individual clamping jaws for each line wire. The maximum capacity of the strainer is any hinged joint up 900mm high, with up to eight line wires (Example 8.90.15). If you have less height or line wires, centre the wire into the middle of the strainer and leave un-needed clamping jaws at the edges.
Two strainers can be bolted to a piece of RHS for straining exclusion fence, or contact us for a quote on a custom height version of the strainer.

RAPID SPRAY 95L RAPIDMIX SPRAYER

Honda 5.5hp Petrol Engine
Belt driven on clutch side for easy access of servicing
Chain driven on reel side
Chain accessed by removing the outside cover
Shaft between clutch and reel drive rides on mounted bearings for years of use
Clutch can be operated from either side of unit
Standard split reel holds 500 metres of 1.8HT or 400 metres of 2.5mm barbed wire or 1500 metres of plain wire. Length will vary with wire thickness.
Reel shaft rides on two moly impregnated poly bushes
Reel is designed with three tie-off points, if rolling up HT wire or you choose to keep the wire in rolls.
Wire guide can be operated from both sides of the machine
Unit is designed with tie-off loops on the frame to hold it in place during operations.
Weight of unit 75kg
A lifting hook in the centre of the machine makes it a one man operation to load and unload the machine.
The entire unit is manufactured in steel fabrication.
All shields and guards are of steel.
Comfort rubber grip handles are standard on clutch handles and wire guide
On plain and plain HT always attach a weight to the end of the wire to give it some drag. (You will get more wire onto the reel)
