Berends Linkage Offset Discs - Medium Duty
10 Plate - 18in x 4mm scallop discs

These medium duty offset discs are designed for small to medium size tractors. They are fitted with 28mm (1 1/8) square high tensile gang bolt axles and high quality triple sealed bearings.

The 10, 12, 14 and 16 plate machines have four bearings whilst the 18 plate has 6 bearings.

The 10 and 12 plate models are supplied with a single boom main frame with a support bar between the gangs whilst the 14-18 plate are supplied with a double boom main frame.

Adjustment is very simple, the U bolts which clamp the gangs on are simply loosened and the gangs can be adjusted laterally and for angle.

The standard set-up for an offset discs is the front gang running at a 21 angle whilst the rear gang is set at 23.

There is an art to setting up a disc, but if you have lateral and full angle adjustment - as these discs have - you are able to set a disc to give a level finish.
