Compaction is a major challenge for synthetic sports surfaces, reducing fibre performance, permeability and overall playability. Developed in collaboration with Desso Sports System, the Aerator uses carbide-toothed rollers to gently decompact infill without damaging the carpet fibres.

The machine works deeper than traditional tooth bar or brush solutions, restoring technical properties by loosening infill at the base of the fibres. Multiple carbide rollers work together to efficiently decompact the surface.

The Aerator can be connected to a tractor via a towing eye or three-point linkage and simply driven over the surface. Equipped with a three-point hitch, it follows the tractors path, eliminating the need to lift the machine after each
