This trap features double guillotine-style doors. The advantage of these is that the animal to be caught does not perceive any danger, as it can see right through the trap. This is also especially effective if the trap is camouflaged with grass or branches.

Also helpful if the trap is left in place so that grass or weeds grow through the wire mesh floor. Closure of the guillotine-style doors is very fast, as soon as there is the slightest pressure or movement on the central foot plate - baited or unbaited. The trapped animal is unharmed.

This trap is ideal for larger animals such as large cats, possums, and foxes.

Dimensions are 100cm L x 26cm W x 32cm H.

Note: these traps are best used without bait. To use, place trap in likely place - a hole in a fence, or similar. The animal to be trapped can see a clear path right through the trap. The mesh floor of the trap allows grass or vegetation to grow up through, thus disguising the trap. The top handle allows safe removal of trap with animal inside.

Trap can also be used with bait if required, but is not actually designed for this.
