Rata Disc Cultivators feature heavy duty scrapers to cope with demanding conditions to keep the Blades clean at all times. Disc blades are made from high quality high carbon steel.

A disc gang adjustment spanner comes complete with the discs as standard to make gang adjustments easier. Laser cut to the specific dimensions of the axle nuts, it enables you to make adjustments in the field without extra tools.

Built heavy to penetrate almost any ground. Amongst the heaviest in their class, owing to their extremely heavy build.

The rear draw bar allows the operator to pull additional implements at the same time as the Discs. Providing the ability to pull harrows or a roller allows you to prepare the soil for seeding in one pass.

Gangs are adjusted by top link style adjuster. Designed to achieve the desired angle of cut without unnecessary hassle for the operator. Secured at one end of the frame with a heavy pivot pin. This combined with the gang sliders being secured to the main frame ensures the Discs get the job done in the harshest conditions.

Rata Discs feature greasable self aligning bearings. This means the bearings align themselves precisely to the position they need to be in.
Resulting in no chance of even the smallest misalignment.

All grease points are easily accessed. This helps to keep maintenance and upkeep requirements quick and easy.

In all corners of the disc frame there is an eye for a lifting hook. This means the discs can be easily handled with any lifting rig such as a Hiab, Telehandler or large forklift without damage. This is handy when transporting the discs long distances.
