This separator is the 'economy' model, supplied by Milky of Austria (sold under their Farmland brand).

It will separate at the rate of 140L per hour. Bowl capacity is 12L. The separator is factory set to give around 10% cream production from whole milk at 35 degrees Celsius. It can be adjusted for different volume or density of cream as desired.

Components of cast bright food-grade alloy. Ten flat and eleven ribbed separation discs are original 'Milky' brand, as in their high-value separators.
